2.- User and Legal Capacity

The User declares to be over 18 years of age, to have sufficient legal capacity to contract, and that the data provided during the purchase process are truthful, complete, and updated.

The Website is not intended for minors.

3.- Purpose

These Conditions regulate:

• The purchase of physical Korean cosmetic products
• The contracting of in-person Korean skincare workshops, with limited spots

Placing an order implies express and full acceptance of these Conditions.

4.- Purchase Process

The purchase process is carried out entirely through the Website.

The User may:

• Select products or workshops
• Review the order summary
• Enter the necessary data for the purchase
• Expressly accept these Conditions before finalizing payment

Before confirming the order, the User may correct errors in the data entered.

Once the order is confirmed, the User will receive an electronic confirmation communication.

5.- Products, Workshops and Availability

The products and services offered are described as accurately as possible. However, images and descriptions are for guidance only.

Products

All orders are subject to stock availability.
In case of unforeseen unavailability, Minji Korean Cosmetics, S.L. will contact the User to offer an alternative or a gift card for the corresponding amount.

In-person Workshops

• Spots are limited
• Availability depends on the schedule and the person teaching the workshop
• It will not be possible to purchase workshops that are not active on the website

Minji Korean Cosmetics, S.L. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop for organizational reasons, giving reasonable advance notice.

6.- Prices and Taxes

All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT in accordance with current legislation.

Minji Korean Cosmetics, S.L. reserves the right to modify prices, promotions or offers at any time, without affecting already confirmed orders.

7.- Promotions and Coupons

Promotions, discounts, and coupons:

• Have a limited duration
• Are not stackable unless expressly indicated
• Are not redeemable for cash

Minji Korean Cosmetics, S.L. may modify or cancel promotions at any time in accordance with applicable regulations.

8.- Shipping

• Shipping is carried out exclusively within Spain
• Estimated delivery time: 48–72 business hours
• Shipping company: Correos

Shipping costs are free for orders over €60.
For smaller orders, the cost will be shown before finalizing the purchase.

No responsibility will be assumed for delays due to external causes (force majeure, logistical incidents, holidays, etc.).

9.- Payment Methods

Payment can be made by:

• Credit or debit card
  
• Cash (in case of in-person purchase or collection, if applicable)

The order will be considered valid once full payment has been received.

10.- Right of Withdrawal (physical products)

The User has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that:

• The product is unopened, unused, and in perfect condition
• It retains its original packaging and intact seals
• The receipt or proof of purchase is presented

❌ Returns are not accepted for:

• Opened, used, or unsealed products
• Products without a purchase receipt
• Products in poor condition

For reasons of hygiene and health protection, returns of opened cosmetics are not accepted.

11.- Exchanges and Returns

• No money refunds are issued
• Accepted returns will result exclusively in a gift card
• The gift card will be redeemable in store according to the conditions indicated at the time of its issue

12.- In-person Workshops: Cancellations

The workshops are for training and informational purposes.

• No financial refunds are admitted
• In case of inability to attend, the following may be considered:
  • Date change
  • Issuance of a gift card

Provided that notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

13.- Legal Guarantee of Products

Products are subject to the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in current consumer regulations.

The User must communicate any lack of conformity within a reasonable period from the time they become aware of it.

14.- Liability

Minji Korean Cosmetics, S.L. is not responsible for:

• Improper use of the products
• Adverse reactions resulting from use other than that recommended by the manufacturer
• Minimal differences between images and the actual product

Workshops do not in any case replace medical, dermatological, or pharmaceutical advice.

15.- Force Majeure

Minji Korean Cosmetics, S.L. will not be liable for breaches due to force majeure, including, but not limited to: technical failures, service interruptions, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, or logistical delays.

17.- Partial Nullity

If any clause is declared null or unenforceable, the rest of the conditions will remain fully in force.

18.- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Placing an order implies reading, understanding, and express acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
